- Browsed La Boqueria.
- Watched the finish line for El Corte Inglés.
- Got lost in the old Roman Quarter (several times).
- Strolled around some of Gaudi’s work.
- Watched the world go by on Passeig del Born.
- Attempted Catalonian. Attempted Castilian, then Mexican Spanish; reverted to English.
- Ate lunch for two hours. Ate dinner standing and paid by the toothpick.
- Made friends with tourists. Made friends with locals.
